Our first ever Smash + Grab opening will be a fast-moving, high-energy restaurant serving outstanding burgers in the heart of London, Liverpool Street.

The role of the Shift Manager at Smash + Grab is to keep the shift running smoothly, this is about working with the senior managers to drive the right behaviours which will lead to results – because we do the right thing and not the easy thing. You’ll be hungry to prove yourself, driving sales and delivering a top-notch customer experience every time. You’ll motivate your team to deliver quality for each and every customer, championing health and food safety and assisting controlling cost on your shifts.

You’ll also be on top of the day-to-day, too. It’s about maintaining a consistent and quality experience to customers. Delivering the highest standards, achieving ambitious targets through teamwork and guiding your team so they can deliver each and every time.

We are looking for someone with:

  • +6 months of management experience in a branded QSR concept
  • Great personality and hunger to prove yourself
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ambition to grow
