Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for a Reservations Supervisor (Conference Services Supervisor) for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company based in the City.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Reservations and Events Manager to book and coordinate all bookings and events on campus, ensuring that a seamless service is delivered, and a professional image is always maintained.
This role is highly visible with the Conference Services Supervisor working closely with the firm’s staff and their clients, as well as other service partners on campus. The role is hands on, with the candidate assisting with all aspects of the bookings, whilst remaining open-minded, adaptable and flexible in an ever changing and evolving business. Attention to detail and pride in excellent service are fundamental to this role.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8.5 hours a day covered from 08.00 - 18.30, Monday to Friday - Earlier / later shifts may be required based on events needs.
Salary: £37,128
Qualifications
Experience overseeing service delivery is essential, preferably within a high-profile business level environment.
The successful candidate must have a demonstrable knowledge of service excellence and familiarity with room reservations and events planning.
