This exclusive venue will combine exceptional dining with world-class event hosting, setting a new benchmark for luxury and sophistication. We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead the launch and establish this destination within London’s hospitality scene.

Salary: £75,000pa

Key Responsibilities:

As General Manager, you will be at the forefront of this exciting opening. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and establishing operational procedures.
•  Leading and inspiring a diverse team to deliver impeccable service and memorable guest experiences.
• Managing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including restaurant and events management, staffing, and financial performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and high-profile clientele.
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and bespoke experiences.
• Driving revenue through strategic planning, marketing, and sales initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• 5 + years’ industry experience in upmarket brands; at least 2 years’ experience as General Manager
• Financially astute with proven track record of exceptional sales, pricing and revenue management competencies
• Experience of managing, hiring and mentoring a team
• Pre-Opening experience would be advantageous
• Strong process orientation; Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
• Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goals
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
• Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong guest relations
