About the Role

As AGM, you’ll partner with our General Manager to lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while working closely with our talented kitchen crew and Head Chef. Together, you’ll ensure the quality and consistency of our award winning menu offerings and foster a vibrant, fast-paced environment where we keep the saucy times coming!

What We’re Looking For:

Do you thrive in a dynamic, high-energy restaurant setting?

• Experience: 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
• Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and manage large teams effectively.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service, keen attention to detail, and competency in managing finances, stock control, and systems.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and operational best practices.
