What you'll do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for acting as a hotel ambassador during their day. This will include showing guest’s round during their check in process and conducting daily duties in an efficient and timely manner, such as upselling and checking that reservations instructions are being followed, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Guest Requests: As a Front Desk Agent you will handle special requests from guests, including preferences for their stay, as well as show intuition and empathy in all kinds of situations.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Front Desk Agent, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
What you’ll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality and bring in a good understanding of luxury
- Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
Preferred Skills
- Opera knowledge
- Microsoft Word knowledge
