Guest Service Agent/Guest Experience Agent

 

Job Mission

Create unforgettable first impressions and provide a seamless, personalized guest experience. As a Guest Experience Agent, you’ll be the heart of our guest-facing operations, ensuring each visitor feels valued and cared for from arrival to departure.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·      Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, attention to detail, and a smile.

·      Personalize guest stays by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

·      Manage VIP arrivals, from preparation to room escorting, ensuring a flawless experience.

·      Support reception, luggage porters, and other departments during peak times.

·      Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with precision, speed, and care.

·      Maintain a professional attitude during emergencies, adhering to the hotel's safety procedures.

·      Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to elevate service standards.

 

What are we looking for? 

·      A team player with a proactive attitude.

·      Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction.

·      Fluency in English (Spanish language skills are a bonus).

·      Exceptional customer service skills.

·       Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
