As a Chef de partie, you will be:

• Working with some of the finest, high quality and organic ingredients; changing and evolving seasonal menu
• Involved and contributing in a friendly team environment that is always looking to push forward
• Knowledgeable of health and safety standards
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
