We are currently looking for a Member Billing Assistant to join our Finance Team.

The responsibilities of our Member Billing Assistant are:
- Handle all aspects of member billing, including generating invoices, processing payments, and managing billing enquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions and concerns related to billing promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Draft and send billing-related correspondence to members, including reminders and notifications of outstanding payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with membership team to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate billing information.
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance member satisfaction.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Member Billing Assistant are:
- Previous experience in a customer service or billing role is desirable
- Proactive, strong communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
The working hours:
- Monday - Friday
The club is closed Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
