Concierge Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Concierge Supervisor to join a housing association in the West Midlands. This role is offering an opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company and a friendly. Job title: Concierge Supervisor Location: Birmingham Hours: 35 hours 9-5 (Monday-Friday)Hourly rate: £21-£23ph via umbrella Contract type: Temporary Contract till March 2025Responsibilities of a Concierge Supervisor are:

• Manage 8 members of staff over three schemes
• Deal with customer complaints
• Monitor money to make sure you are within the budget
• Ensure all staff are using relevant PPE and Equipment

Successful Concierge Supervisor must have:

• Management or supervision experience within a Housing association role
• A full U.K Driving licence
• Ability to communicate Successfully
• Basic DBS Required
