What We're Offering:- Position: Night Concierge

- Start Date: January
- Salary: £30,000 per year
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
As a Night Concierge, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our premises during the night. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and Assisting: Act as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Security Monitoring: Ensure the safety and security of the building by conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Handling Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all.
- Maintaining Standards: Ensure communal areas are presentable and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage deliveries, record incidents, and maintain clear communication with the day team.
As the Night Concierge, you are the eyes and ears of the building during the quiet hours. You'll provide peace of mind to residents, ensure their environment remains secure and welcoming, and act as a key point of support in emergencies. Your proactive approach and dedication will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of all who live or work within the building.
Are you who we are looking for?:- Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role
- Experience providing excellent levels of customer service
- Awareness of general fire, health & safety and security
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and guests.
- High attention to detail
