Position: Catering AssistantLocation: Islip, Northamptonshire, NN14Hours: Flexible (Full-time/Part-time available) including night shifts.

Head Chef Role:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team
• Develop and execute innovative menus
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and budgeting

Sous Chef Role:

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure service runs smoothly
• Maintain quality control and food safety standards
