We're looking for a General Manager to drive our thriving business forward, and lead the team to deliver exceptional 5* service.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED  

• General Manager experience within a high volume site 
• (Ideally)Experience in a high profile and landmark venue of the London City scene 
• Ability to plan and execute staff training and development 
• Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
• Strong understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office operations team
