The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor  to join our team and lead our vibrant bar operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the bar, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Develop and implement innovative beverage programs to enhance the guest experience.
Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, monitoring and replenishing inventory as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create enticing drink and food pairings.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or a similar role in a high-volume setting.
In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and current industry best practices.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
