Revenue Operations Manager

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to oversee revenue operations at RBH. Reporting directly to our Group Revenue Director, this role will support the revenue function in both strategic and operational capacities, driving continuous improvement through effective processes, SOPs, and project management.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to enhance the capabilities of the revenue team, establishing best-in-class ways of working across our hotels, and managing the smooth integration of new systems and hotel onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in total revenue management, handling multiple revenue streams at a group level, ideally across various brands.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who excels at building high-performing teams and cultivates a culture of collaboration and excellence. The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with General Managers, Senior Management, and Owners is essential. A proactive project manager, you’ll bring experience in both leading dynamic teams and working cross-functionally to ensure optimal results across the portfolio.

Your Impact

  • Plan and optimise digital distribution strategies to drive direct sales, maximise ROI, and manage cost of sales. Set and implement an integrated commercial strategy with a focus on exceeding the expectations of our customers, owners, and shareholders.
  • Work closely with Operations Directors, Revenue Managers, General Managers, and other hotel teams to meet and exceed revenue targets across all sales streams, including rooms, events, F&B, spa, and leisure.
  • Represent RBH in owner meetings and commercial reviews as a revenue and commercial specialist, taking the lead on key discussions and strategy development.
  • Lead the project management and rollout of essential revenue management and distribution systems, ensuring consistent usage and brand compliance across the portfolio. Oversee the integration of new hotels, including system implementation, and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Perform thorough market analysis and competitor monitoring to deliver insights and guide future strategies, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Champion a holistic revenue approach beyond rooms, applying strategies across meeting and event spaces, F&B, and other revenue streams to enhance hotel profitability.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Cluster Revenue Managers, setting high standards, coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide cover for Cluster Revenue Managers as needed, stepping in as department head when the Group Director is absent.
  • Utilise data and business intelligence tools to shape revenue strategies and make sound commercial decisions. Proactively analyse performance metrics and recommend improvements for revenue optimisation.
  • Contribute to the development of RBH’s training and SOPs in revenue and commercial management, creating specialist training programs for team members and ensuring consistent practices across the group.

About You

  • Proven background in revenue management, specifically in total revenue management, with a strong commercial acumen and an eye for detail.
  • Skilled in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, inspiring others to excel and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive revenue strategies. Able to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, presenting in public settings, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue management systems and tools (e.g., PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, Sales & Catering, Channel Managers) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resilient, driven, and capable of working independently within a fast-moving environment. Willing to travel, with a commitment to maintaining a presence across our hotel locations.
