We are looking for a great Bar Supervisor to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at Two Drops Bar in Battersea, London.

Two Drops Is a beautiful riverside bar overlooking Battersea Power Station, the perfect retreat for those looking to enjoy good food, great drinks, and even better company in a relaxed setting.

Our drinks are selected by our expert team for their deliciousness above all else.

These include a rotational IPA, permanent taps such as Neck Oil IPA, our preferred pints of Guinness, the iconic Estrella Galicia, as well as seasonal cocktails and wines from small-scale producers.

The food menu has mouth-watering cheese toasties with unique flavours from sourdough filled with French Jurarégal cheese, salt beef with pickled gherkin and horseradish, smoked haddock and English mustard as well as marmite and shallot.

Two Drops will also feature rotating specials, British cheese boards, crispy chicken goujons and more.  

The Bar Supervisor Role:

• Experience as a service focused Supervisor, overseeing the whole bar/floor area
• Help develop new waiting staff with a strong team ethic
• A passion for bars and building excellent guest experiences
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Have confident and warm communication with team and guests
• Good knowledge of our drink’s menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
• Positive and welcoming personality
• Strong command of English language
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
