Barber (Iqama Transfer)

Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled and professional Barber to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for grooming, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality barbering services in a luxury hotel environment. As a Barber at Radisson Blu, you will provide a range of hair and grooming services to our guests, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience in line with our brand's high standards.

• Provide high-quality barbering services:

  • Perform haircuts, trims, and shaves to meet guest preferences.
  • Offer grooming services such as beard and mustache shaping, hair coloring, and scalp treatments.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized and maintained according to health and safety standards.

• Customer Service Excellence:

  • Greet guests warmly and engage with them to understand their grooming preferences.
  • Offer personalized advice and recommendations on hair and grooming techniques and products.
  • Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests throughout their service.

• Maintain Salon Cleanliness and Organization:

  • Ensure the barbershop area is always clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
  • Regularly sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations to meet health and safety standards.

• Professional Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and tools.
  • Attend training and development sessions as required to improve skills and service offerings.

• Product Sales:

  • Promote and recommend high-quality grooming products to guests.
  • Ensure retail products are properly displayed and stocked.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Barber, preferably in a high-end salon or hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to provide a variety of grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and scalp treatments.

• Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and execute customer preferences with attention to detail.
  • A deep knowledge of hair and skin care products and the ability to make professional recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards related to barbering and salon hygiene.

• Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

• Location & Sponsorship:

  • Applicant must currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and have the ability to transfer sponsorship (Iqama).
