Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager required for our client, a hotel located in the Eastbourne area.

As RestaurantManager the ideal candidate for this role, will have previous Restaurant service operations managerial experience from within a hotel or a stand alone restaurant. This role may also suit a candidate looking to build on existing skills and experience.

The role of RestaurantManager, will require you to be hands on, leading from the front, engaging, welcoming your guests to ensure the highest level of service is provided.

You will supervise, train, motivate, develop and head the team to ensure the smooth delivery of service and standards to maximise customer satisfaction, along with a positive sales culture to increase revenue and repeat business.

You will be working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including a week-end on a rota.

The salary for this opportunity of RestaurantManager is given as negotiable. There may be the possibility of live in accommodation according to availability.TRANSPORT would be desirable to give more flexibility for the required shift work demands of this hands-on role if you live out in the local area.
