Key expectations of this role
- Taking a leadership role in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.
- Managing cost and revenue to maximise profits without impact on brand, or quality standards.
- Showing a sound understanding of the London hotel market to retain and increase the hotel's RevPAR performance among its competitors.
- Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.
Profile
- Proven understanding of managing medium size teams having to maintain highest levels of attention to detail
- A thorough understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment without losing focus on ultra-luxury guest service
- A thorough understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
