Chef De Partie

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our client at London Heathrow Airport in their low risk kitchen on a permanent basis.If you are looking for a work/life balance in a small but friendly team.Pay rate: £14.25 to £15.00 p/hHours: 05:00 – 13:30 AND 13:30 – 22:00Shift pattern: 2 earlies and 2 lates and 4 offChef De Partie duties include:• Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.• Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.• Always Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas.• Ensuring deliveries are stored in a timely and effective manner. Rotating stock where necessary.• Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards.• Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working to set meal and portion plansChef De Partie Experience must include:• Previous experience in a similar role or as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Commis Chef• Have similar experience within a hotel, airport, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, or similar catering environment• Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport (Some roles offer complementary staffing parking)Some of the roles will be required to provide a five-year checkable history and a criminal record check as part of the interview process.In return, you will receive:• Weekly pay• Full Training• Company Uniform• Free Parking• A great working environment• Private Health Scheme and Pension after the qualifying period• Company pensionAviation Recruitment Network Limited is acting as an Employment Agency and Employment Business.
