🏠 Location: Northampton Saints Rugby club

🕒 Dates: December (flexible hours, including weekends and evenings)

What You’ll Do:

✨ Lead a Team – Manage and motivate a group of hospitality staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout the night.

✨ Create Unforgettable Experiences – Ensure that every guest feels the magic of the season with your attention to detail and impeccable service.

✨ Coordinate Event Operations – Oversee event logistics, from guest arrival to food and drink service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

✨ Maintain High Standards – Uphold the highest levels of service, cleanliness, and health & safety throughout the event.

✨ Provide Support & Guidance – Support the team by offering direction, resolving issues, and maintaining a fun, festive atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

🎅 Proven Leadership – Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality, events, or customer service.

🎅 Exceptional Communication Skills – Confidently lead a team and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

🎅 Passion for Hospitality – A true love for delivering outstanding guest experiences, especially during the festive season!

🎅 Flexible & Reliable – Available to work evenings and weekends in December.
