Maintenance Manager

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Some duties and responsibilities include;

• Liaise daily with all departments and deal appropriately with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues which compromise Health & Safety or security.
• Lead and guide your team to work independently and on their own initiative.
• Lead and organise contractors to ensure business continuity.
• Using your experience lead and manager projects
