The award-winning home, based in Three Legged Cross, provides person-centred care for 71-residents. We specialise in Residential, Dementia & Respite care.
Oakdene Care Home is seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Manager to lead and reinvigorate our care home. we’re looking for a leader who can turn our service around and restore it to its former excellence.
Our Current KPIs
- Care Inspectorate Inspection: ‘Requires Improvement’ – We are due to be inspected again in the very soon.
- Agency usage: Using over 200-hours per week – This has only happened recently as beforehand it was consistently at zero.
- Occupancy: Sits around 60%
- Carehome.co.uk rating: A score of 9 out of 10.
