Cleaners - New Build

Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are activley looking for Cleaning operatives (NEW BUILD HOUSE CLEANING) for various locations within Norwich. 

• Monday to Friday 07h30 - 16h00
• Saturday: 07h30 - 13h00
• £13.00 per hour 

As a cleaner, your role will include: 

Assisting with all aspects of cleaning new build properties throughout their Build process. Working within our team your objective will be to scale the entire property and locate and remove all trade mess. glue on windows, paint on sockets, vents and switches grout on tiles, plaster and silicone etcKey duties include:

Meticulous and careful removal of all rogue trade mess. For example, glue, paint,grout, plaster and silicone etc using specialist tools, chemicals and equipment

Scraping of all concrete floors including garages

Removal of protective coverings from window, frames, kitchen units etcEnsuring all stickers and glue residue is removed from widows/framesStain removal, spot treatment and comprehensive carpet and upholstery cleaningDust from all ledgesAll windows and door tracks to be made free of dirtThese are just a few examples of key tasks we will require you to do - we will elaborate further at interview stage.Experience is not essential as full training will be givenCSCS card (Green) is required. 

Own Transport is preferred due to the various locations of the sites within Norwich.
