This busy dining pub near Romsey is looking for Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join the team.

If you have a passion for customer service, with some hospitality supervisory experience and are looking to progress in your career, this is the role for you.

For the Bar & Restaurant Supervisor role you:

  • • Will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a bar/restaurant supervisory position.
  • • Will be able to work well within a team but also have the initiative to work as an individual.
  • • Will be available to work shifts as required, 45 hours with some evenings and weekends until 11.30pm, flexible working patterns.
  • • Will have managerial flair and the ability to lead a team.
  • • Be able to commute to Nursling.

The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor role:

  • • Overseeing shifts in the busy bar and restaurant
  • • Bar related duties including managing the cellar
  • • Providing exceptional face to face customer service
  • • Cashing up at the end of the evening and locking the premises
  • • Manager responsibilities and the ability to lead a team
