We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager ready to dive into a role with plenty of hands-on experience and an exciting apprenticeship opportunity to grow your skills even further!

The Role

Are you passionate about hospitality? Love live music and creating memorable experiences for guests? As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key player in daily operations—closing up, running shifts, and training new bartenders. We’re looking for someone knowledgeable in health & safety, bar stock management, and WSET, and we’ll help you gain your personal licence. Plus, through our apprenticeship program, you’ll have the chance to sharpen your skills and fast-track your career. Our goal is to develop you into an inspiring leader and all-around hospitality expert.
