We are currently seeking a energetic and experienced Senior Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. As the Senior Bartender, you will play a central role in crafting exceptional cocktails, overseeing the bar area, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding beverage experiences, we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.

- Lead and inspire the bar team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drink menus and promotions.

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain the freshness of ingredients.

- Ensure efficient bar workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong mixology skills and a track record of creating innovative and well-balanced cocktails.

- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.

- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
