JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of the role is to assist in a seamless running of the bar by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring all statutory requirements are met and supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service.

MAIN DUTIES:

Maintain quality control over all aspects of the bar’s operation.
Support the bar manager with budgeting, cost control, and stock management.
Train and develop the bar team to maintain high standards.
Conduct stocktakes and manage daily orders for bar supplies.
Lead by example, fostering teamwork and professional conduct.
