JOB PURPOSE:
MAIN DUTIES:
- Maintain mise en place levels to ensure smooth food flow during service, focusing on quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Actively pursue personal development to become familiar with various kitchen sections.
- Check incoming goods for quality and accuracy, and ensure proper storage while minimizing wastage.
- Conduct daily checks to uphold high hygiene standards in storage areas.
- Prepare food products according to recipes, ensuring high standards in handling and preparation.
