Morning Prep Chef

We are a proudly food-led, fresh-food pub nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills. We have make a real statement with our food vision and menus and are looking for a skilled chef to assist with the weekday mornings. Ideally the shifts would be Monday to Friday 8am-Midday. Duties would include receiving and documenting deliveries, ensuring our strict compliance standards are kept to, prepping food as per the pre-lists from the previous services, some deep-cleaning etc.
