Beach Bar Event & sales manager

- Prepare the event program and cooperate with music director for preparation event program

- Prepare event budget and control realization

- Arrange contract conditions of each artist and make sure that all the conditions are respected from both sides

- Make the travel arrangements for each artist

- Organize sound check, make additional arrangements regarding the party's when needed

- Keep track of the costs and send all the invoices to the financial department on time

- Arrange all needed for suppliers promotion

- Schedules and communication with resident DJ

- Arrange photo and video content if needed, collect all information to make leaflets and flyers; organize all photo shootings

- Arrange printing the materials and distributing

- Local PR for local media

- Collect and provide all the necessary information for updating website

- Arrange possible branding and marketing conditions

- Presenting Mistral Beach Club at fairs, communication with potential clients, agencies
