We're in the market for a new General Manager to lead the team at one of our central Nottingham sites called The Cross Keys. With the pub shortly undertaking a refurb, the ideal General Manager will be joining at an amazing time. 

The Cross Keys is a historic Nottingham pub, popular with locals and students alike, and famed for their busy Sunday lunch service. However, Red Cat Pub Company has decided to refurbish the property, turning it into a supremely premium gastropub offering. Both the food and drinks offering are due to change drastically, and the new offering will be an awesome place to drink and dine and establish itself in the Nottingham gastronomic scene. 

The perfect General Manager will endeavor to deliver quality in everything they do and will showcase a passion for both fresh food and a stellar quality of beers, wines & spirits. The optimal GM will have a background within similar choice gastro-pubs, and be willing to take on a new project during the rebuild of The Cross Keys. 

 In return, the successful General Manager will demand a salary of up to £45k per annum plus bonus.
