We are currently recruiting for an In Room Dining Assistant Manager to join The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An Amazing opportunity to join the In Room Dining Team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
As In Room Dining Assistant Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the In Room Dining operation from both a service and team perspective.
You will be responsible for directing the team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. You will be fully aware of service standards ensuring that they are always met
About You:
Current in depth knowledge of food and beverage and In-room dining within a high end 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management with a strategic approach.
Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals by analysing historical data, forecasts and revenues.
Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
