Global Account Manager – Travel Management Companies (TMC) & Consortia Transient
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for building strategic relationships and driving growth? Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a dynamic Global Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive profitable revenue and market share growth by focusing on a portfolio of global accounts and leveraging relationships with 3rd Party Intermediaries such as Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and Consortia
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth & Profitability: Lead efforts to grow revenue and market share across a portfolio of global accounts. Identify and develop key opportunities to ensure continued success.
- Global TMC RFPs & Contract Negotiation: Together with line manager participate in Global TMC RFPs, contract negotiations, and seamless implementation to strengthen Radisson’s partnerships.
- Global Account Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers within your account portfolio to maximize commercial potential and long-term profitability for Radisson Hotel Group.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover opportunities, deepen partnerships, and drive incremental revenue.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Coordinate with Sales Team members across regions and departments to ensure cohesive account strategies and effective communication across the organization.
- Marketing Support: Create and implement marketing and event plans that align with Radisson’s portfolio and brand strategy to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Account Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of each account’s pipeline, global potential, and strategic objectives, becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.
What we're looking for:
- Strategic Account Management Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, with a focus on delivering measurable sales results.
- TMC/Consortia Background: Experience working with Travel Management Companies and Consortia, with an understanding of payment models, budget planning, and execution.
- Proven Sales Excellence: A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- TMC Network Advantage: Existing relationships with TMC networks and key decision-makers is a strong advantage.
