What skills are we looking for in the successful Artisan Baker?

• Experience in artisan bread creation & a passion for baking
• Minimum of two years experience in a bakery production role
• Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised and capable of multi-tasking with exceptional attention to detail
• High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent time management
