We are currently recruiting for Finance & HR Assistant to join our Truly Talented team.

KEY RESPONSiBILITIES:
Finance
1. Daily revenue reconciliation using Excel.
2. Submission of Revenue figures to GM ,Monday morning in the absence of FC.
3. Sales Ledger Administration and credit control.
4. Banking.
5. Monthly Floats checks, and occasional surprise float checks.
6. Purchase Ledger – coding invoices, obtaining authorizations, scanning and saving them in batch folders, posting them.
7. Dealing with finance queries
9. Assistance with other administrative tasks as required by Financial Controller
HR
Assist the FC and General Manager with HR administration including :
1.Use of the Fourth system, ensuring information is up to date at all times, uploading files and data
2.Placing adverts for the recruitment process using Peoplebank; supporting HOD’s with screening of CV’s
3.Helping with new employee on-boarding process
4.Sit on the CARE Committee and be involved in any employee focused activities e.g., Monthly celebrations / Town Hall Meetings
5.Ensuring Communication notices in place in employee areas
6. Auditing all new starter paperwork, ensuring it is completed, satisfactory and uploaded on Fourth, including all Right to Work documents.
7.Help the Financial Controller in the month end payroll process.
Other
1.Assist the General Manager with other general administrative tasks

• Financial Control elements up to date and accurate
• HR files on Fourth up to date
• Achievement of agreed personal targets and objectives.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Work quickly and accurately to complete tasks
• Numerate, computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Discreet in handling Finance and HR documentation / matters
• Beneficial - knowledge of Hilton ONQ
