About The Role:

At Arcade Battersea Power Station (BPS), we're looking for an experienced Bartender who is passionate about crafting world class drinks while creating memorable guest experiences! The successful candidate will work closely with all teams on the floor to deliver exceptional service while keeping bar operations smooth and seamless. Working closely with our Bar Managers, you will:

• Provide top-tier hospitality by building profesisonal, warm and genuine connections with our guests
• Manage your section like a pro, mixing and pouring drinks efficiently
• ensuring smooth bar service and happy guests
• Help junior team members grow and develop their skills
• Good understanding of spirits, mixology techniques, and classic & modern cocktail recipes
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Follow all Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations like a champ
• Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions to keep your skills sharp

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Bring experience in a similar role delivering high standard bar service
• Can you make 5 classic cocktails from memory
• Are a creative thinker with a can-do attitude
• Bring excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Are passionate bartending and creative when it comes to crafting and serving drinks
• Are you a hospitality superstar who loves making guests feel special
• Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
