As our Chef de Partie, you will oversee a delegated section of the kitchen and coordinate junior members of the team to deliver quality service. Fixed-term contract until mid-January, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Located atop a former department store in London’s West End, Aqua Nueva serves refined, contemporary Spanish cuisine from the North, with a seasonal à la carte menu and menu del día.
