ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bar & Lounge Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager on projects, training of fellow colleagues and some administration duties. The Bar & Lounge Manager will be responsible for direct supervision of floor staff during preparation and service.

• Good wines and spirits knowledge
• Good food knowledge
• Knowledge of Drinks concept

• COSHH knowledge
• Operating with micros and POS
• Computer skills - Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of fourth hospitality and Market Matrix
• Leadership Skills
