Tonic are searching for an Assistant Bar Manager for our client's residential space in London, who is looking to support its management team.This exciting group expects its Assistant Bar Manager to be able to manage a small team or the ability to work independently.What are we looking for in a successful Assistant Bar Manager?

• A team player who creates strong relationships with their team and guests is vital to this role
• A proven manager who enjoys being on the front line, customer-facing
• Experience of running a bar would be desirable
• Knowledge of cocktails and premium drinks is desirable
• To be able to manage a small team and the ability to work independently.
