Working as a Chef de Partie for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work in our Fine Dining Kitchen and support the Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue. You will work collaboratively with both the kitchen and front of house team to deliver bespoke events and client service whilst creating food that honours the seasons and celebrates local produce. Job Description

Pastry Demi Chef De Partie

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 

£33,500.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the senior kitchen team in the day to day running of the operation.
  • Work across all sections of our Fine Dining Kitchen and have proficiency in cooking a wide variety of dishes to be served in events and client services.
  • To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility.
  • Any other reasonable request of Senior Management


Qualifications

What Searcys ask of you:

  • Be driven by people and delivering the highest quality of food.
  • Exemplary behaviour in the kitchen, acting as an ambassador within the team.
  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef wanting to progress in Events, or similar high end upscale culinary establishments
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Health and Safety practices.
