We are recruiting for an experienced, talented and dedicated Head Chef

To be successful for this position, you will:
- have at least 2 years' experience as a Head Chef
- Preferably have experience in oriental / pan-Asian cuisine (but not essential as full training will be given)
Full training and development program will be put in place for the successful candidate. It goes without saying that you will be a motivated individual who thrives on quality and discipline in the kitchen. People management skills and good level of English are also essential (spoken and written).
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for
- building, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team to achieve the production and delivery of high quality food in the best possible time frame
- establishing and maintaining excellent standards in food quality and hygiene
- achieving kitchen labour cost & food cost targets for the successful candidate
This position is full-time with evening and weekend work
To help you to fit in your new role with ease and full confidence, there will be full support given to make you understand our standard operating procedures and business ethics. Most of the prep work is done centrally, which means that you will have a clean-running kitchen that always produces high quality dishes consistently.
