POSITION OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Housekeeping Department as a Valet.
As a Valet, your role will involve ensuring that all tasks in our linen and laundry room are performed efficiently and meet the esteemed Ritz standard. This includes packing and unpacking guest luggage, laundry delivery and pressing, preparing guest clothing and footwear, and maintaining effective communication to facilitate the smooth operation of the laundry and linen room. This is a regular guest-facing role, and as such requires excellent interpersonal skills.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
