Assistant Bar Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to work in one of the most thrilling new restaurant openings in the UK.

Bazaar is looking to become the leading restaurant in Tees Valley, dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. With a fantastic 360 open kitchen concept, meaning you will have the opportunity to really showcase your skills and creativity. Offering an exceptional dining experience, in a atmosphere like no other.

The Role

• Provide exceptional service, including dealing with any customer complaints
• Ensure smooth service at all times
• Have a real passion for the restaurant and our standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a keen eye for detail and willing to go above and beyond to ensure excellent service
• Previous experience of working in a bar
• Able to work well in a team as well as on your own
• Experience and knowledge of making cocktails is an advantage
• Work with our POS System
• Follow opening and closing procedures
