Club Room Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Clubroom Manager to join our team at 67 Pall Mall.

The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country.  

This position is paid with a starting salary of £55,000 annual which might change depending on experience. 

As Clubroom Manager you will be responsible for liaising with the managers, floor team and senior chefs within the restaurant to ensure the smooth running of each service. As Clubroom Manager you will supervise the members of the floor team to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards expected within a timely manner. 

As Clubroom Manager your duties will include: 

• Have previous experience in a similar role within a busy, private members’ club or high-quality restaurant environment
• Managing your department within the restaurant efficiently & professionally 
  
• Supervising and training team members
• Awareness of the menu & preparation of dishes 
• Completing the set-up of the restaurant  
• Building a rapport with members 
• Maintaining the standards set for service by the Operations Manager  
• Have an excellent understanding of all areas within a restaurant 
• Are excellent team players with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude 
• Develop good relationships with members and knowledge of their tastes and preferences
