Key Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with daily operations, ensuring smooth service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and perform basic prep tasks as required.
• Ensure glassware and utensils are clean and ready for use.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality service to our guests.
