Your Role

As Projects and Maintenance Manager you will be the key point of contact between Megan’s Restaurants, our architects and our contractors, ensuring that all new openings & refurbishments across the estate are completed both to time and to budget at the highest standard, Additionally you will be the liaison between the operational team for our existing estate, our internal maintenance team and external maintenance contractors.

Experience and Qualities Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within retail or F&B, with a proven track record of hands-on end-to-end management of multiple new openings.
  • Subject matter expert in project and maintenance management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with full understanding of financials, budgeting & cost control.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement long-term solutions.
  • Proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to travel
  • PRINCE2 and Health & Safety qualifications would be advantageous
