ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for the supervision, preparation and service of all bakery and pastry items within Corinthia Hotel London, to include plated desserts, cakes and afternoon tea items.

The Senior Pastry Chef de Partie needs to ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times in keeping with a luxury hotel whilst the brigade maximizes their resources and ensure that strict hygiene regulations are adhered to and constantly improved.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrate good skills and creativity in one or more aspects of pastry (e.g. sugar, chocolate, bread, plated desserts, Banqueting and/or afternoon tea
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
• Flexibility to work varied hours
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Exceptional customer care skills
• Empathy for your guests and colleagues
