Hyde is looking to recruit a Cleaner.

As a Cleaner at Hyde, you will be working within property services to ensure that void properties (empty homes) are cleaned and cleared to a high standard in line with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out thorough cleaning of vacant properties, including carpets and basements/lofts.
• Remove all rubbish, non-approved fittings, and furniture from properties.
• Clear and maintain gardens, removing debris, litter, scrap metal, and other waste.
• Dismantle and clear contents from garages and sheds as required.
• Load and unload commercial vehicles with waste and deliver it to an approved tip.
• Ensure that all work complies with health and safety guidelines.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in cleaning or clearance work, particularly in property maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and outdoor work.
• A valid driving licence.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
