• Proven experience in artisan baking, with a strong portfolio of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
• A keen eye for detail and a flair for creating visually appealing and delicious products.
• Strong dedication to quality, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Willingness to experiment and innovate while maintaining high standards.

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods following traditional artisan techniques.
• Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist with managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organised work space in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Mentor and train junior bakers and apprentices as needed.
