Crew Member (Receptionist/Bartender)

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Front Office Support: Assist with check-in, check-out, and room inventory management.
• Food & Beverage Service: Contribute to the operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Operational Tasks: Assist with various operational tasks, including cleaning, restocking, taking deliveries, and organizing back-of-house areas.
• Payment Processing: Handle guest payments and billing transactions accurately.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, licensing, and health and safety regulations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

• You have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude

• You are good with people and enjoy chatting with guests

• You are a skilled multi-tasker who can balance hard work with great service

• You understand that being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy

• You are a clear communicator fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)

Preferable Experience:

• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros

• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws

• Minimum 1 year of experience working within a hotel's hospitality department 

• Experience in hotel reception or bar operations is preferred.
